NEW Turbo Powered Air Conditioning

Turbo powered self-contained marine air conditioning units are being introduced in July 2007. The product line will be available in seven different models ranging from 6,000 to 16,000 BTU. The Turbo design marks a dramatic improvement in performance in a compact, low profile package with up to 26 percent increased capacity and up to 22 percent reduced amperage draw.

The Turbo platform incorporates a number of new design features:

A positive-flow molded composite condensate drain pan that provides up to 85 percent reduction in standing water.
A robust centrifugal enclosed-motor HV blower that can be rotated up to 270 degrees with a single-screw adjustment for discharge in any direction.
A unique blower mounting system that ensures overall unit height does not change when blower is rotated.
a built-in isolation mounting system that dramatically reduces vibratrion and noise.
A reduction of up to 17 percent in unit height.
